1. Are your products handmade and customizable?

Most of our pieces are handmade with love, and yes we offer customization! From initials to colors and charms, we love making your piece as personal as possible.

2. How long does it take to prepare and ship an order?

Orders typically take 3–7 days to prepare. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. We also offer international shipping!

3. Can I cancel, return, or gift wrap my order?

We don’t offer cancellations or returns on customized items, but we’re happy to help if something arrives damaged. Gift wrapping is available just let us know at checkout!

4. Do you have a physical store or team I can meet?

We don’t have a permanent store (yet!), but you can find us at pop-ups around Karachi! Honey & Co. is run by Maria a mom, maker, and founder along with her amazing little community of supporters we call the Honey Baes 💛
